过去进行时用has还是had

这个问题是错误的。过去进行时态的结构是was/were＋doing。过去进行时既不用has也不用had。

如：He was watching TV this time yesterday. 昨天这个时候他正在看电视。

They were playing football in the playground when we saw them. 我们看见他们的时候他们正在操场上踢足球。
