cut非谓语被动形式

这里是there be句型，be动词就是句子的谓语动词，所以这里的cut只能是非谓语动词，cut与主语a poor woodcutter之间是主动关系，所以要用cut的现在分词形式cutting。

3) 用作定语：

There are a lot of things to be discussed. 有很多事要讨论。
